Just a Taste

Hello readers!

I had the idea to start this blog last night as I was making my sack lunch for work today. I realized that in the past few months, I’ve really developed a love for cooking – especially easy, fresh, healthy and affordable meals. I’ve discovered some “easy swaps” that save calories without sacrificing taste, and I’ve tried new workout routines that are 30 minutes or less and don’t require a gym membership. I’ve also noticed that being healthy is also mental and about enjoying life in a variety of different ways. So why not share the things I’ve found?

I’ve got a whole list of post ideas spinning around in my head and I can’t wait to put them out there. Enjoy!
